Order Processing
Most items are shipped within 3–4 business days. Large or specialty items (e.g., artwork or handcrafted items) may require additional time. During holiday seasons (e.g., Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday), shipping delays of up to 2–5 days may occur. Please order early for timely delivery.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or process a refund.
Warehouses & Shipping Locations
Orders are shipped from the nearest warehouse to your location. Some items may ship from different locations depending on stock availability.
Note: For returns, do not ship items to the return address without prior consultation. Contact us to confirm the correct return address.
International Orders
Prices do not include customs duties, taxes, or other international shipping fees. These costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping Delays
Unforeseen circumstances like weather, postal delays, or carrier issues may impact delivery times. During peak seasons, please allow additional time for shipping.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase under the conditions below:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos or videos of the issue. We will provide a replacement, refund, or repair after verification. Please contact us before returning the item to receive the correct return address.
Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item for reasons such as a change of mind, please notify us in advance. Do not ship items without consultation. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
