Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase under the conditions below:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos or videos of the issue. We will provide a replacement, refund, or repair after verification. Please contact us before returning the item to receive the correct return address.
Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item for reasons such as a change of mind, please notify us in advance. Do not ship items without consultation. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Refunds may be reduced if the item’s condition or packaging is damaged.
- Defective item returns will have shipping costs covered by us.
- Buyer covers return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Refund Process

Exceptions
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund. Please ensure your selection is correct before purchase.
