1. Where do your products come from?

All of our products are sourced globally and carefully selected by our design team. We collaborate with trusted partners around the world to bring you unique, creative, and high-quality items.

2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on the product, as items are shipped from multiple fulfillment locations. Products shipped from the U.S. are usually dispatched within 2–7 business days. Items shipped from Korea or China may take 7–21 business days or longer depending on customs and local delivery conditions. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Please note: Returns or exchanges may be declined for custom-made items, handcrafted goods, or artwork due to their unique nature.

4. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re truly sorry! If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us with a photo within 5 days of delivery. We will make it right as quickly as possible, either by reshipping or refunding.
